Visit the atelier

Share your story at our atelier, we'll explore materials and designs, and refine your vision together. Let us know any specific deadline, and we’ll try to make it happen.

Review & confirm

Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide a quote. As this piece is made just for you, full payment is required to start crafting.

Ordering materials

For custom jewelry, we often use rare gemstones or materials. If it’s beyond our standard selection, we’ll source it from our suppliers.

Crafting & quality check

Your custom jewel is now with our goldsmiths. Crafting, stone setting, and engraving may involve different specialists, followed by a quality check.

Collect your piece

We’ll email you as soon as your piece is ready! You can pick it up in-store or opt for secure, insured delivery—whatever works best for you.
