This service is especially helpful for engagement rings and other surprise gifts, where getting the size exactly right from the start can be tricky.

If resizing isn’t possible, we’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that means exchanging your piece for the same design or helping you choose another piece you love in the correct size.

Typically it takes around two weeks to adjust the size of one of our pieces.
