Return or Exchange
Please notify Charlotte within 7 days after delivery at email@example.com. We will provide you with the full address. Within 10 days, after receiving the jewelry, we expect your order to be back with us and we will review your returned item on the following:
– The item(s) must be in original condition and cannot been worn or damaged;
– It should include the original and undamaged packaging;
– Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. Shipping costs for returning the item(s) to CdK for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us;
– If you are exchanging, you only need to return the pieces you wish to exchange;
– The item cannot be a custom made Bespoke item.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your jewel(s) being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
